Far-infrared radiation coating

Short Description:

Formulated with resin emulsion as the base material, blended with far-infrared radiant minerals, fillers, pigments and various additives. This special energy-saving coating features high temperature resistance (classified temperature: 1700°C), high emissivity (0.95), excellent corrosion resistance and superior wear resistance. It can significantly improve the thermal efficiency of kilns and accelerate the heating rate of processed materials. Additionally, it protects furnace linings made of ceramic fibers by restraining or reducing their shrinkage, crystallization and pulverization, thus raising their service temperature and extending service life.
As a material integrating fire resistance and thermal insulation, ceramic fiber insulation maintains good tensile strength, toughness and intact fiber structure when used in neutral and oxidizing atmospheres. The product is immune to oil contamination, and its thermal and physical properties can be fully restored after drying.
